Redemption (+30 minutes)
Level 12+. At RestedXP’s Duthorian stop in 13–15 Westfall, after Stephanie’s follow-up turn-in, add these steps before Arthur’s training. Finish before the first dungeon.
Run via Goldshire to Henze on Heroes’ Vigil island, Stone Cairn Lake, northeastern Elwynn (72.6, 51.4). Use the Symbol of Life on him, turn in the quest, and accept his follow-up.
Turn in the final Tome of Divinity to Duthorian in the same cathedral. You learn Redemption immediately; no separate trainer visit.
The Light and How to Swing It
Prerequisite: get The Light and How to Swing It book as a random Dire Maul drop. Start only after you have the book; spend no extra time on this beforehand. Nice to have · Level 54+.
Loot the book from Dire Maul bosses or A Dusty Tome objects inside the dungeon. A spare copy can also be traded by another player. These are Classic drop references; Forever loot is unverified. If no copy drops during a planned run, skip the quest; do not farm extra runs.
Bring the book to Lorekeeper Mykos in the Athenaeum library inside Dire Maul for the Royal Seal of Eldre’Thalas trinket. This estimate assumes your planned run already provides library access; it excludes the dungeon run.
Hunter
Taco · Night Elf · Beast Mastery / Marksmanship
Pet unlock
Mandatory · Level 10. Missing from the imported Human opening. If already completed in Teldrassil, skip this. Otherwise check Josephine Carson in Goldshire first: Forever lists an Elwynn version for Night Elves, with live eligibility still untested.
At Goldshire’s western side (about 41.2, 66.2), accept Taming the Beast. Use its Taming Rod on the assigned Rockhide Boar south of town; return to Josephine and take the next lesson.
Take Josephine’s follow-up to Isaac Chan in Goldshire (about 41.8, 66.4). Finish the hand-in to learn pet training, feeding and resurrection; do not stop after the trial tames.
Use your learned Tame Beast spell to tame a suitable nearby beast, then feed it. Done when a permanent pet and its care abilities are available.
The Greatest Race of Hunters
Nice to have · Level 54+. Prerequisite: the book must already have dropped in Dire Maul. Start only then, during a planned library visit. Reward: the Hunter Royal Seal of Eldre’Thalas trinket.
Loot the book during a planned Dire Maul run. Do not add farming runs. Boss/Dusty Tome sources are inherited Classic references; Forever drops remain unverified.
Turn it in to Lorekeeper Mykos in Dire Maul’s Athenaeum library. Time assumes your planned run already provides library access; the dungeon run is excluded.
Shaman — Enhancement
Smug · Dwarf · Enhancement changes weapon priority; all four totem unlocks still matter.
Call of Earth
Mandatory · Level 4+. Complete in Coldridge Valley before leaving Dun Morogh. Times start at Teo.
Accept the follow-up and take Earth Sapta up the mountain path starting near 25.8, 69.3. Drink it by the Spirit Stone and speak to the Minor Manifestation of Earth.
Take the elemental’s follow-up and return the Rough Quartz to Teo. Done when the Earth Totem and Stoneskin Totem are learned. Keep the totem.
Call of Fire
Mandatory · Level 10+. Missing from the imported route. Add the pickup during Ironforge/Dun Morogh travel before 11–13 Loch Modan; collect the two reagents while the team is in Loch Modan.
Accept Call of Fire from Eldrun Stormbreaker in Ironforge. Visit Bruegs Kindleborn in the cave above South Gate Outpost, eastern Dun Morogh; follow his referral to Braldir Ashmantle in southern Loch Modan (about 32.2, 66.0).
After accepting Braldir’s collection quest, loot 1 Fire Tar from Tunnel Rat Geomancers in northern Loch Modan and 1 Reagent Pouch from Stonesplinter Seers in the south. Return both to Braldir for Fire Sapta.
Continue uphill past Braldir, drink Fire Sapta, defeat and loot the Fire Elemental, then use the glowing ember at the Brazier of the Dormant Flame. Take its follow-up.
Return to Bruegs above South Gate Outpost and finish Call of Fire. Done when the Fire Totem and Searing Totem are available.
The Tempest’s Weapons
Optional · Level 30+; leave the elite event until the group can handle level-40 enemies. Prerequisites: Call of Air completed and a planned Razorfen Kraul run. Enhancement can use Rage of the Storm, but this is a long extra chain; skip it if it delays the team.
After the guide’s Call of Air hand-in, accept Elemental Aid from Veyric Thunderhame in northern Arathi (about 59.8, 27.6). The guide does not continue this weapon chain.
During a planned Razorfen Kraul run, loot the Tattered Note from Charlga Razorflank. This estimate is the added quest action; the full dungeon and return to Arathi are extra. Bring it to Veyric before collecting the totems.
After accepting this follow-up, collect 5 of each Twisted Totem: Air from Maraudine centaur in Desolace; Earth from Lost Ones in Swamp of Sorrows; Fire from Stonevault troggs in Badlands; Water from Mirefin murlocs in Dustwallow. Batch with regional visits; this estimate covers local farming, not a separate tour of all four zones. Return to Veyric.
Take Veyric’s Corrupted Totems to the steam pools beneath Darkcloud Pinnacle, Thousand Needles. With the team, use them and defeat the elemental waves and final enemies. Return to Veyric; travel between zones is extra.
Take The Tempest’s Weapons from Veyric and deliver the Eye of the Tempest to Bath’rah the Windwatcher beside the river in eastern Alterac (about 80.4, 66.8). Compare Rage of the Storm with Smug’s current weapon before choosing.
Druid — Restoration
Opeth · Night Elf · Cure Poison is the priority for the group healer.
Bear Form
High importance · Level 10+. Missing from the shared Human opening. Useful for survival and emergency tanking even as Restoration. Skip if already learned in the Night Elf opening. These steps start in Darnassus; travel back from Elwynn is extra.
Talk to Mathrengyl Bearwalker in Darnassus’s Cenarion Enclave (about 35.4, 8.4). Accept Moonglade and use Teleport: Moonglade to reach Dendrite Starblaze.
Take Dendrite’s quest, speak to the Great Bear Spirit in northwestern Moonglade (about 39.1, 27.6), then return to Dendrite and accept Back to Darnassus.
Travel to the Moonkin Stone in the cave east of Auberdine, Darkshore (about 43, 46). Use the Cenarion Moondust, defeat Lunaclaw, and speak to the spirit.
Return via Auberdine and Rut’theran to Mathrengyl in Darnassus. Finish Body and Heart; done when Bear Form is learned.
Cure Poison — fill the missing stages
Mandatory for this healer plan · Level 14+. The guide has the water sample and Earthroot instructions, but omits the starting quests, the fungus/deer finish and the early spell hand-in. Add only the actions below; finish during the Darkshore visit instead of waiting for 21–23.
At level 14+, visit Mathrengyl in Darnassus, accept Lessons Anew, teleport to Moonglade and turn it in to Dendrite. Accept The Principal Source before the guide’s Cliffspring Falls sample objective.
After the guide turns in The Principal Source and accepts Gathering the Cure from Alanndarian Nightsong in Auberdine, collect 12 Lunar Fungus from the moonkin caves east of Auberdine, near the Bear Form cave. Keep the 5 Earthroot the guide already reserves; Opeth can gather it with Herbalism.
Bring 12 Lunar Fungus and 5 Earthroot to Alanndarian in Auberdine (about 37.7, 40.7). Accept Curing the Sick, then use the supplied Curative Animal Salve on 10 Sickly Deer around Darkshore.
Teleport to Moonglade and turn Curing the Sick in to Dendrite. Accept Power over Poison, fly to Rut’theran, and turn it in to Mathrengyl in Darnassus. Done when Cure Poison is learned; skip the guide’s later duplicate hand-in.
Cat Form — one missing hand-in
Nice to have for Restoration · Level 20. Follow the existing 20–21 Darkshore/Ashenvale Cat Form chain. Add this one hand-in before its To Darnassus step; do not repeat the whole chain.
After the Great Cat Spirit gives Blessings of the Great Cat Spirit, return to Dendrite Starblaze in Moonglade and turn it in. The imported step lists only the Skyborne blessing hand-in. Then resume the guide’s To Darnassus follow-up and finish at Mathrengyl.
The Emerald Dream
Nice to have · Level 54+. Prerequisite: the book must already have dropped in Dire Maul. Start only then, during a planned library visit. Reward: the Druid Royal Seal of Eldre’Thalas healing trinket.
Loot the book during a planned Dire Maul run. Do not add farming runs. Boss/Dusty Tome sources are inherited Classic references; Forever drops remain unverified.
Turn it in to Lorekeeper Javon in Dire Maul’s Athenaeum library. Time assumes your planned run already provides library access; the dungeon run is excluded.
Warlock
Elenthra · Human · Affliction
Felhunter — finish Tome of the Cabal
High importance · Level 30+. Adds an interrupt and dispel option. The route starts Seeking Strahad and delivers his referral to Krom at the Ironforge stop in 34–35 Stranglethorn Vale I, but omits the rest. Start there; batch the objectives with later travel. Times cover local work, with cross-zone travel extra.
After the guide turns in Tome of the Cabal (1758) to Krom in Ironforge’s Hall of Explorers (about 74.2, 9.4), accept the next Tome of the Cabal, quest 1802.
Collect the Tattered Manuscript from the Damaged Chest in the centaur area of Thousand Needles (about 44, 33). If you already passed this area before accepting 1802, this requires a return visit.
During an Ironforge return, turn both fragments in to Krom. Accept his next Tome of the Cabal and receive the Reconstructed Tome before farming the rods.
On a Ratchet visit, give the tome and 3 rods to Strahad Farsan. Accept The Binding, use his Tome of the Cabal at the summoning circle, defeat the Felhunter and turn the quest in. Done when Summon Felhunter is learned.

Loot the book during a planned Dire Maul run. Do not add farming runs. Boss/Dusty Tome sources are inherited Classic references; Forever drops remain unverified.
